New Earth Farmers “Be All The Love”
Americana Highways presents this video premiere of New Earth Farmers’ song “Be All the Love,” from their forthcoming album Cure For The Late Bloom, set for realease on September 26. The album was produced by Paul Michael Knowles, engineered by Paul Michael Knowles and Peter Craft, and mastered by ToneDef in Nashville. It was recorded in the Cosmic Garage in Albany, CA and at Boxer Lodge Studio in Napa, CA.
“Cure For The Late Bloom” is Paul Michael Knowles on vocals and guitars; Nicole Storto on vocals and guitars; Nigel Twist on drums; James DePrato on guitar; and Dave Sampson on bass.
As Paul Knowles tells us about the song, “The vibe of this one was inspired by my workout playlist which is made up of Staple Singers, Curtis Mayfield, and other funk inspired soulful songs that I used to hear on the radio back in the 70s. It’s an optimistic take on where we can go in the future as a culture if we just move forward with love. Everyday people are starting to wake up to the sweet talk and the cons. We are coming together a bit more.”
The video was recorded in Sonoma, CA and parts of the East Bay, San Francisco and the drone footage is absolutely incredible and utterly breathtaking. The easygoing setup for the song is a great way to disarm the listener and plant the humanitarian seeds for its message. It’s a little bit psychedelic and a whole lot of authenticity.
