The Doman Tracks was produced by Michael Doman; recorded at Electrosound Studios; engineered and mixed by Jason Hiller; and mastered at Pen Station Studios by Peter Barker.
“Mama’s Sleepin’” is Heather Lomax on guitars and vocals; Michael Doman on vocals; Jeff Sebens on guitar; Jason Hiller on bass and Joel Alpers on drums.
The video features Todd Lowe (Gilmore Girls), Zoe Nazarian, Taylor Hungerford, and Heather Anne. This song tackles the harsh reality of having no choice but to live under the authority of a harsh adult head on. “Leave us kids alone, don’t you holler while my Mama’s sleepin'” is strong, direct and heavy hitting. Lomax has an authority of her own that comes across loud and clear here in her vocals and in the music; it’s cathartic and empowering.
