Americana Highways brings you this video premiere of Jaclyn Reinhart’s a new song “Sleep With Ghosts,” the title track from her recent release Sleep With Ghosts. The song was recorded, mixed and mastered by John McLaggan at Parachute Mastering, Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick.
“Sleep With Ghosts” is Jaclyn Reinhart on lead vocals; John McLaggan on acoustic guitar; Clinton Charlton on drums; Chuck Teed on bass; Jon Estes on keyboards; and the Saint John String Quartet.
The video was produced by Peter Doyle. What do you do with a good song that shouldn’t just be consumed like a flash in the pan? Create a video to give it immortality, which Jaclyn Reinhart has done exactly right here. “Clearly I’m not on your mind… I’d rather sleep with ghosts than lie in cold shadows of who you’re really dreaming of” — timeless lyrics, set to a slow tempo of longing.

This video depicts the realization that the person you are with isn’t ‘the one’ because their actions are a clear message that they are not as invested as you are.
