Get ready to crack open a wide smile and fling yourself into dance mode with this one. What are the two kinds of lovers? “one is good and there’s another…. there’s me and there’s the other.” Celebrate and boogie and just generally soak in this song by Louisiana Music Hall of Fame Inductee Boogie Long.
I wanted to create an enjoyable and catchy song that embodied many of the musical styles I grew up playing in Louisiana. I had so much fun making this song from start to finish and I believe it shows in the performance. “Two Kinds of Lover” is meant to be a song that will make you laugh, dance, and sing along. It certainly makes me do all of those things, and I hope it does the same for all of you. — Jonathon Long
