Song Premiere: The Heavy Love Trust’s “Tour Song”

Listen & Watch Song Premieres

Americana Highways brings you The Heavy Love Trust’s “Tour Song” from their forthcoming album Always Kinda Nothing, due on May 1st. All songs on the album were written by Benton Sillick; the album was produced, engineered, and mixed by Sam Snyder at Studio Bobby.

“Tour Song” is Benton Sillick on vocals, guitar, and bass; Ana Emily Monaco on Fender Rhodes; Aaron Mika on drums; Sam Snyder on lead guitar.  With ’70’s style tone and a rock ‘n roll beat, The Heavy Love Trust delivers a head bopping wry commentary on the struggles of travel, which are a metaphorical reflection of life itself.

I had just returned from a tour and everything was exactly the same. I wasn’t in a better or worse place than before I left. These cynical lyrical couplets each encompass a distinct feeling of being on the road for me. Ever been? — Benton Sillick

The album will be available digitally and on cassette! Preorder can be found at bandcamp : The Heavy Love Trust Bandcamp: https://theheavylovetrust.bandcamp.com/album/always-kinda-nothing
