This song came about after I was threatened with a buck knife by another woman… My partner at the time, who co-wrote the song with me, had an admirer who was a bit obsessive and admitted to stalking him in order to become his friend. After the incident, in the wee hours of the morning, I also encountered my first brown recluse spider. My skin was crawling and I couldn’t sleep, so we wrote this song. – Andi Jane
