This year marks the 15th anniversary of the StageCoach Music Festival. Some of the biggest country acts will be performing in Indio, Ca April 28-30 at the Empire Polo Club. Headliners this year include, Luke Bryan on Friday, Kane Brown on Sunday and Chris Stapleton closing out the festivities on Sunday night.
This year’s lineup includes many Americana, roots and alt-county artists. In addition to Bryan on Friday, festival goers will be able to enjoy popular artists like ZZ Top Elle King and Melissa Etheridge. Friday also features up and coming Americana musicians like American Aquarium, Wyoming native and real-life cowboy Ian Munsick, The Last Bandaleros, Mackenzie Carpenter and others.
Saturday is jam packed with amazing musicians both new and established. Highlights include Old Dominion, Bryan Adams, Marty Stuart and Mary Chapin Carpenter. Some of the newer artists you will be able to see are ACM’s 2022 New Artist of the Year Gabby Barrett, Jaime Wyatt, Nikki Lane and Tre Burt. Legendary blues artist Keb Mo’ will also be performing on Saturday.
Sunday’s lineup is packed full of Americana and alt-country greatness. In addition to headliner Chris Stapleton, Brooks and Dunn, Turnpike Troubadors and Tyler Childers will be performing classic hits and new songs. Luke Grimes and Lainey Wilson of “Yellowstone” fame will be bringing some old fashioned country music to the stage. Sunday also features Valerie June, Sierra Ferrell, and one of my favorite new bands, 49 Winchester.
Stagecoach is more than just music though. What would a country music festival be without BBQ? Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse features some of the best pitmasters from around the country. Of course, there’s shopping as well. One of the best places to get your shop on is at Nikki Lane’s Stage Stop Marketplace. Not only can you purchase some great fashion items chosen by Nikki herself but you’ll also be treated to live music by some great new artists while you shop.
Don’t miss the famous Ferris wheel for an amazing birds eye view of the entire festival. Oh, by the way, many a marriage proposal has taken place up there too.
The world-famous Compton Cowboys will be in attendance all weekend. They will be bringing their horses from Compton, CA and sharing their amazing story.
Passes are still available for a weekend full of great music, good food, dancing and more! Don’t wait Stagecoach sells out every year!
