Moors and McCumber — “There’s Always Something.”
Americana Highways brings you this video premiere of Moors and McCumber’s song “There’s Always Something” from their new album Survival. Survival is scheduled for release on Oct. 15th, 2021. The album was produced by Patrick Conway.
“There’s Always Something” is James Moors on vocals, 12-string guitar, and electric guitar; Kort McCumber on vocals, cello, percussion, and glockenspiel; Patrick Conway on electric bass, piano, electric guitar, and percussion.
The video was filmed, edited and directed by Travis Bush. Moors and McCumber have a high flinty harmony that hearkens back to old time folksy country songs, combined with a modern ease and fluidity. The video is the perfect backdrop for the song, as it feathers footage of the duo playing live, acoustic and outdoors. Play and enjoy.
“If you’re passionate about something and you’re waiting for the perfect moment to pursue it, that moment may never come. So dive right in. — James Moors
