Listen & Watch Song Premieres

Americana Highways brings you this premiere of Tex Moonlight’s song “Smoke Signals” from his forthcoming album Moonshot, due to be released the summer of 2020.  Moonshot was recorded at Invisible Sound Studios in Baltimore, MD; co-produced by Tex Moonlight and Dave Nachodsky.  “Smoke Signals” is Glenn Workman on keyboards and piano; Jeremy Norris on guitars and French horn; Dave Nachodsky on bass: Tex Moonlight on vocals; Ginna “Mzz B” Barilone and Marcella D. Harold on backing vocals.

With a 70’s songwriter sensibility blended with muted French horn, Tex Moonlight has created a leisurely, dreamy approach to life, mortality and the passage of time in Moonshot.

“Smoke Signals: is a meditation on time and how it plays funny tricks on us. — Tex Moonlight
