HEARTHPR ARTISTS AT AMERICANAFEST
-JP HARRIS – Nashville’s own fringe country songwriter, JP Harris has ruled the honky-tonk roots for years. His new album, coming Oct 5 delivers on earlier promise, showing a more mature, but still just as gonzo, songwriter.
OFFICIAL: Saturday, Sept 15 @ 9pm – 3rd & Lindsley
-SUNNY WAR – Cutting her teeth on the Venice Boardwalk in LA as a street singer for years, Sunny War blends gritty punk DIY values with virtuosic country blues guitar playing. Her 2018 album garnered rave reviews from NPR, Noisey, Rolling Stone, and many more.
OFFICIAL: Friday, Sept 14 @ 9:30pm – City Winery
-KEVIN GORDON – Nashville poet/muse/alt-country songwriter Kevin Gordon has as many roots in the literary world as the musical one. His 2018 album Tilt & Shine focused on his Southern Gothic tales of life growing up in rural Louisiana and gathered rave reviews from the Associated Press, Billboard, Rolling Stone, and more.
