This video was created by Nate Leavitt with assistance by Derek Feeney, Dan Cederholm, Pat Piasecki, Nicole Tammaro, Katie Plaisted, Chadley Kolb, Skybar Lusardi, Drew Moholland, Michael O’Connor Marotta, Antler Pine Photography, and Kelley Smith.

As guitarist and co-vocalist Nate Leavitt tells us about the song, “When we talk about connection, it’s not just some idea or theme we came up with for the album. It’s really why this band exists. We’re a group of people with lives, families and jobs who still find a way to get together and make music because it’s something we love. When we get to share that love of music with other people our group gets a little bigger. We made a record about connection and then ended up living that idea ourselves. Releasing the complete version, connected together, just felt natural. Worth pointing out too that this isn’t a new version of the song. It’s the original performance heard from beginning to end for the first time. In the context of the album it feels like we’re completing the story.”

Regarding the video, he says  “The short film is basically a look back at the life of the album from when we recorded it to releasing it and sharing the music with people along the way. It’s a scrapbook of moments from the studio, rehearsals, shows, and everything we’ve been up to that tells the story of how we got here. The album was always about finding connection. Looking at all this footage you can actually see those connections happening. It’s also a way of bringing this chapter of the band full circle as we start working on what’s next. The song itself ties the entire album together. It felt like the perfect soundtrack to tell that story.”

This group pulls in elements of the Band’s organ sound with rich layered vocals that sound like gang vocals but are subtle and subdued, blending everything together with a Southern rock feel filtered through more folksy vibe in a truly unique way.
