The Cashville Trash Pandas “Sacrifice”
Americana Highways is hosting this video premiere of the Cashville Trash Pandas’ son “Sacrifice” from their forthcoming album self-titled debut album, which is set for release on October 16. The album was produced, recorded and engineered by Jubal Lee Young at The Squirrel’s Nest; recorded and engineered by Chuck Sigler at Atomic Ranch Studio; and recorded and engineered by Mike Carty at Cement Shoes Studio; all in Nashville. It was mixed by Andy Kern, and mastered by Alex McCollough at True East Mastering.
“Sacrifice” is Jubal Lee Young on vocals and guitar, Mike Carty on bass, and Chuck Sigler on drums.
This video was produced, directed, and edited by Jubal Lee Young, with assistant director Sophie Young. Starring in the video are Jubal Lee Young, Chuck Sigler, Mike Carty, Max Williams, and “Cash” the Trash Panda.
As Jubal Lee says, about the song, “Thank you to Americana Highways for premiering the video for “Sacrifice.” We hope you enjoy the song, which is a playful way of saying, “Hey, let’s tax the billionaires!” Cearly, we had fun making it. The Cashville Trash Pandas album is out on October 26, and the first single, “Sacrifice” is streaming everywhere on September 11. But you heard it here first, on Americana Highways!”
Food for thought: “If we sacrifice just one billionaire a year, they’d give it all away in the blink of an eye.” Jubal Lee Young and this new outfit Cashville Trash Pandas are offering solid rootsy rock n roll with a healthy dose of punk style observations.
