“Really Really Really Big Sweater” is Pompey on acoustic guitar and lead vocals; Thanya Iyer on synth and background vocals; Cedric Noel on drums and background vocals; and Emilie Kahn on background vocals.

This Montreal-based artist sings to us about the need for the comforting of wrapping ourselves in a really really really big sweater – something we all can relate to and, even more, something we all need on a core level. Pompey really hits the spot on this one during these scary times, with calming tones and flowy harmonies, let’s all skip whatever else we had planned for this one.

“Really Really Really Big Sweater” is a song about the joys and difficulties of deliberate isolation. The first 30 years of my life, I hated being alone and then when the pandemic started, I learned to love it as a coping mechanism. Now I have a hard time finding or making that space that was so available and I constantly crave alone time as well as social time. – Pompey
