Song Premiere: Kevin Bowe “(Put Me Out Of Your) Misery”

Listen & Watch Song Premieres

Americana Highways is hosting this premiere of Kevin Bowe’s song “(Put Me Out Of Your) Misery,” from his new album Half Past Never.  The album was produced, engineered, mixed by Kevin Bowe, with all songs written by him as well.

“(Put Me Our Of Your) Misery” is Peter Anderson on drums, and Kevin on lead vocals, guitars, harpsichord, harmonica, mandolin, keys, percussion, bass, and harmony vocals. “We’re so perfect together it’ll tear us apart, it might take me forever but I will break your heart,” and so it begins.  The agony of relationship cast in the clear easy tones of this catchy, honest song by Kevin Bowe.

I wrote “(Put Me Out Of Your) Misery” in Nashville with a couple of other people, one was the producer guy and one was the artist guy but the artist guy didn’t put the song on his album (this happens a lot…) I decided to do my own thing to it because I couldn’t get it to stop playing in my head. — Kevin Bowe
