Americana Highways presents this video premiere of Surrender Hill’s song “Sunshine and Silver Linings” from their recently released album Just Another Honky Tonk in a Quiet Western Town. Just Another Honky Tonk in a Quiet Western Town was produced, recorded, and mixed by Robin Dean Salmon and mastered by Alex McCullough.

“Sunshine and Silver Linings” was written by Afton Seekins Salmon; and is Afton Salmon on lead vocals; Robin Salmon on backing vocals, acoustic guitar, dobro, and organ; Matt Crouse on drums; Drew Lawson on bass; and Mike Daly on dobro.

The video was filmed and edited by Nathan Burnett of House of Burnett. “Sunshine and Silver Linings” is a song that implicitly invites your to sit down, put your feet up, and listen to the story of the heart.  “I can fall from grace and when I do, this world comes crashing down around me and you.  But mama says the angels will always get their way so I’m hoping now for sunshine and silver lining.”  Fall, hope, redemption, and new beginnings are all here in this lovely offering by Surrender Hill.
