This is some rockin’ studio video footage. It makes you want — no, need — to be there too. With reel to reel tape, rows and rows of vinyl, and instruments to drool over against a brick wall backdrop, the HOROJO Trio will play the blues right, for you. And give you the hot groovy goosebumps.
John Thompson is a longtime friend and is the owner of The Record Centre on Wellington Avenue in Ottawa, which sells mostly new and used vinyl along with restored turntables and other electronics. We thought this would be a cool location to match the theme for the title track. Most people don’t see the downstairs warehouse, but since I had been down there, I knew it would be a great location for some of the shots. Tim O’Reilly did a phenomenal job shooting it, he’s got an incredible eye and feel for music videos, and I did the editing. We are so in love with this video and hope everyone digs it as much as we do! – JW-Jones
