The video was filmed and edited by Ryan and Kimberly Traster, and features Imogene Traster, Luna, and Olive.  With scenes of the Nevada desert, an abandoned home and other aesthetically compelling footage, the video emphasizes the moodiness of “Lost in a Sound.”  “Lost in a Sound” recounts the depth of human patterns.  With introspective minor key harmonies and slide guitar, “Lost in a Sound” will transport you to the haziest dog days of summer.

“Lost in a Sound” is a look at the cyclical nature of chasing the muse. Whether that be art or love, it can have the ability to act as both the source and savior. I think it’s important to let it consume you but also to not let it become too cruel to the soul. About the video, my family recently moved to Joshua Tree, which has been a decade long dream of mine. We made this video together, with the idea of capturing where the exploratory and grounding aspects of your lives are meeting right now, which fits right in with the theme of the song. – Ryan Traster
