Watch: Video Premiere of Riley Moore’s “Sitting on a Boat” From Upcoming Release Vagrant

Listen & Watch Video Premieres
Americana Highways presents you with the video premiere of Riley Moore’s “Sitting on a Boat” from his recent release Vagrant.  The video features vocals by Riley Moore, guitar by Beach Vibes, with Randle Scruggs on bass and Nathan Sexton on drums.

The video was produced by Beach Vibes and created by Cameron Gray.

Moore lived in his sailboat home on a lake in Nashville, creating music about this experience afloat.   “Sitting on the back of the boat, I better not dock because I’m too busy getting gone” he sings with his acoustic guitar, amid kitchy cinematography, catchy rhythms, beautiful scenery with his shirt embroidered “Song Boy.” All of this and he does a little bit of dancing too!

Basically it’s just me hanging out on my boat. It’s pretty much what an average day waking up on my boat was like. It’s also a sort of ironic contrast to the song lyrics since I am waking up alone and drinking coffee rather than sending it wild with a bunch of mates.
