Phil Gammage aka The Starlight Set “Sunshower of Love”
Americana Highways presents this premiere of Phil Gammage aka The Starlight Set’s song “Sunshower of Love” from his forthcoming album Ive Known Love Before, which is set for release on April 3. The album was produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Phil Gammage at 150 Studio and Anything Studio NY, NY with additional engineering by Felice Rosser.
All instruments and voices on “Sunshower of Love” are performed by Phil Gammage.
As Phil tells us, “The Starlight Set is my studio side project. If you are a fan of 1970s top 40 AM radio, sunshine pop, lounge music, and 70s disco this will be right up your alley. I love these styes of music and have been writing these kinds of songs for years. “Sunshower of Love” is a tribute to the sunshine pop of that era with lush vocals and production. The full album release is April 3. It’s the second album from The Starlight Set after last year’s debut and it features numerous guest performers who brought their very best to the project. It’s fun music, and evokes a fun era.”
