Audra Watt – “Bullet Trains”
Americana Highways is hosting this video premiere of Audra Watt’s song “Bullet Trains” from her forthcoming EP. The EP was produced by Andrew King; and engineered, mixed and mastered by Skyler Taylor of Vibe King Studio in Nashville.
“Bullet Trains” is Audra Watt on vocals; Brianna Tyson on backing vocals; Justin Ostrander on acoustic guitar; Miles McPherson on drums; Jacob Lowery on bass; Andrew King on electric guitars; and Luke Moseley on keyboards.
This video was directed by William Gawley and produced by Michelle Roberston of Charlotte Avenue Entertainment. Austin Boyen was the director of photography with Nick Stone (Catamaran Productions) as assistant DP and 2nd Camera; Andrew Halfacre of Wayne Taylor Studios on drone operation; and editing and coloring by Color Sync Visuals. The chance to capture the bittersweet journey of watching my sons grow up in ‘Bullet Trains’ was incredible. In just under four minutes, the video takes me from the anxious excitement of pregnancy through the chaos of toddler years, school days, and into a glimpse of their future as they move out on their own. – Audra Watt
Writing “Bullet Trains” was a deeply personal and therapeutic experience, meant to help me process the complex emotions of watching my children grow up.
